看到交通部這樣的回應真的讓人很火大
今天就算肇事率是43倍好了,也不能構成限制某種交通工具路權的理由
大家有幸處在民主自由的社會,各人造業各人擔
我都搞不清楚在台灣騎個車這麼辛苦,還得約束其他駕駛人的行為才能開放路權
我是蝙蝠俠還是假面騎士嗎? 騎車出門還要伸張正義?
誰在路上違規就罰誰,不就是這麼簡單的原則嗎?
我也不會跑去替那些在路上亂騎車的人護航
請問我要替違規的人負什麼責任?
或是我違規了,其他人要替我負什麼責任?
結果現在搞個毫無邏輯的連坐法還有一堆人叫好?
拿這些肇事率數據只是證明交通部自己濫發駕照
管控失靈,造成一堆不適任的駕駛人上路的問題而已
行為是駕駛人決定的,車是無辜的
